Office 365 is Swallowing the World
Microsoft today announced that Office 365 now comes bundled with a lightweight Customer Relationship Management tool called Outlook Customer Manager, in addition to the recently released Slack competitor Office Teams. For $12.50 a month (per person), users now get the full Office suite, Skype, 1TB OneDrive, a CRM, (effectively) Slack, Yammer and more. From a customer point of view it’s not exactly exciting, but for SMB, especially small businesses, it’s a value proposition that’s hard to ignore.
