It will license its name to others (with approval, of course), and instead focused on enterprise security and software, as it has been doing more and more so ever since its phone business collapsed under it. While Blackberry was very late to the party on touchscreens and modern OSes, they did achieve a good one once they arrived, an effort that went all for naught.
